Incomplete order
Should it be impossible for Cidres et Vergers Pedneault to deliver a product, we will contact the customer to advise him. Should an order be incomplete due to a product shortage, the customer will be refunded the price of the product including taxes.

Returns or exchanges of products in their original condition
The customer who mistakenly ordered a product can exchange it or be refunded as long as the product is in it’s original condition and was not opened (no uncorked bottles). The customer must return the product at his own expense with a proof of purchase (the service Desjardins confirmation email) within 30 days. Without proof of purchase, the product may be exchanged, but not refunded.

Defective product or broken bottle 

Should the customer receive a broken product or one whose taste seems altered,

he can exchange the product or be refunded. He must contact Cidres et Vergers Pedneault within 30 days to make the necessary arrangements A product judged unsuitable by a customer must however still be three-quarters full in order for it to be exchanged or refunded.
